A media performance from the dark ages of the Post Theater history – due to its unexpected contemporariness.
A woman and a man meet in complete darkness. They talk about provisions, proximity, resources. They seem to live in a world that seems to be eerily real in pandemic 2020. The dystopian drama “Lampyriden” by Klaus Fehling, a Cologne based author, has been adapted as “LIGHT” in 2003 already and toured to Serbia, Italy, Thailand and Japan in the years after. Post Theater inaugurates its two-year residency at Societaetstheater Dresden with this performance, featuring Julie Randall and Alexander Schröder.
