Move on Media: The Dancing Dance Floor - Dancing / (Inter-)Acting with Floor Video Projections

post theater shares their experience between dance and media art with focus on floor projections. On what kind of videos can you perform? What are the possibilities of an animated / “moving” floor? Using the technical set up of “Express Fight Club” and “CAFFEE” - to current post theater performances, the workshop participants develop short scenes with the media art team and choreographers of post theater.
The workshop is open for dancers,  choreographers,  directors, media artists and other interested persons. There will be introductions in video- and projection technologies as well as movement exercises (moving on & with  video projections). The workshop will be in English and German. There is no need for prior technical experience.

Date and Time
Saturday, February 25th and Sunday, February 26th 2012, each from 11 AM to 5 PM (incl. 1 h break).

Fee
1 day 50 EUR - 2 day 75 EUR (includes free admission to “Express Fight Club” the same day if booked before February 1st). Please register via info@posttheater.com
